These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and govern.

Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility status is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Indonesian law. duatot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
To access duatot gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must exactly match official government-issued identification documents.
During registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

Before processing your first withdrawal, duatot reserves the right to require full identity verification and proof of payment method ownership. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier.

All content on the duatot platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the website and mobile applications, is the exclusive property of duatot or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, duatot and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. You participate in all gaming activities at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred. duatot is a platform provider and assumes no responsibility for your gambling decisions or outcomes.
duatot shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
duatot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
In the event of account suspension pending investigation, your funds will be secured and access will be restored upon resolution if no violations are found. If violations are confirmed, your account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to use duatot services in the future, you must create a new account subject to standard registration procedures.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. After 24 months of inactivity, duatot reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and industry best practices applicable to online gambling operations serving the Indonesian market.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of duatot services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions with our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms must be brought within six (6) months of the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred and dismissed.
